Hello all! Just had to post about our latest exciting news at our house. David is potty training! And he is doing great! Despite being told we should wait until he is 3, we just felt like he may be ready now. We started last week and there have definitely been a few accidents. But yesterday, I think it actually clicked! Two different times he recognized that he had to go potty, ran to me and said, "PEE!" So we ran to the bathroom, and sure enough he went potty! He even went poop! I was so excited, but was hoping it wasn't a fluke. But this morning, he was so excited to put on his big boy underwear (Buzz was today's underwear of choice). After breakfast, I tried to get him to go, but he fought me on it. Although, 15 minutes later, he told me had to pee, so we went to the bathroom and he did his business. YEAH! I'm sure we'll still have accidents, but I feel like we are on the right track.
